Declaration

The Declarations are used by Max My Gift to determine which Gifts can be reclaimed and which cannot.
Each declaration has the following:

Date signedFor information only
Date first donation reclaimedGifts made on or after this date can be reclaimed.
Date last donation reclaimedLeave blank if Gifts can be reclaimed indefinitely. If set, the last Gift that is reclaimed is on this date.
NoteOptional note.

There can be more than one declaration so that different periods can be set up to reclaim the tax on some Gifts and not others, possibly because the Donor has not paid enough income tax in a particular year.
