Reclaim Submission Process
It is highly recommended that you save both the outgoing message to the Gateway and the reciept once it has been sent back. Max My Gift will prompt to save at the appropriate time.
Use the "Send to Government Gateway" button
The SenderID (Gateway User ID) and password are obtained from registering with the Government Gateway service.
The progress box shows the two way dialogue that Max My Gift has with the Gateway. It has to follow the protocols set by the Gateway including waiting a (variable) time before checking for response.
If there is no receipt returned, use the "Check Submission Status" to query the Gateway at a later date.
Once the amount has been transferred to the charity you can fill in the actuak reclaim using the [Actual Reclaim Received] button.
